In order to join Flickr, you must have a Yahoo! email address. If you wish to join Flickr, click on the "Join Group" link on the New Philadelphia photo page, and the site will walk you through the steps of creating a username and password. Once signed in to Flickr, please use the "Add Note" function in the Photo section for New Philadelphia to draw a box around an area within an image or photograph you find interesting, and to add a short text note about it. You will see the "Add Note" icon in the upper left of each image in Flickr. A box and a note has been added to the "1998 Aerial Photo" on the site in order to provide an example.
