This is alsoe to giue the honored Court to vnderstand that the widdow of Roger Annadowne did not bringe out to vs that were the Aprissors of the estate of the said Annadowne;
any of the Moueables that shee brought with her att her Marriage;
The honored Court may be pleased to take Notice that there is an Iron pott prised att 14s shillings and makes vp the sume which is since that time Challenged by Ieremiah Wheaton as Giuen him by his father in law Roger Annadowne;
As alsoe there was 9 acrees & an halfe of vpland and an acree of Fresh meddow prised att 8 pound which is not put into the sume which since that time, Testimony both shew it was Giuen to Ebenezer Annadowne by his father; of these particulars our honored Majestrate Mr Iames Browne Can further enforme the honored Court;
To preuent further agitation that probably might be, there was an old Gret Coate which att the first prising was not put downe but since that the widdow was willing it should be prised;
This Inventory of the estate of Roger Annadowne was exhibited to the Court held att Plymouth the 29th of October 1673 on the oath of Ionnah Annadowne widdow and ordered to be heer Recorded;
