Mr Iohn Walley of Boston haueing Adminnestration of the estate of Mr Nicholas dauis deceased lying within the Collonie of New Plymouth Comitted to him by the Court there, as by Record doth appeer bearing date the 4th of Iuly 1673, made oath that the aboue written Inventory is true according to the best Information, hee hath yett attained, tho somthings therin are vncertaine, and of a letigious Nature, as alsoe that as any parte of the estate aforsaid Comes into his hand, or shall further appeer to him, hee shall and will Giue in a true Inventory therof, to the said Court;
